Do you do custom orders?
Sometimes! Send an email of what you’re thinking of to hello@practicalpieces.co and fingers crossed I’m not too busy and can fit it in. Please be aware that the ceramic process is very slow so any orders can take up to 4-8 weeks.

Do you do wholesale orders?
I do! Get in touch via email at hello@practicalpieces.co for a chat :-)

Are your pieces stocked anywhere?
I have a few pieces at Limon Shop, however, these pieces aren’t available in the Practical Pieces store.

What are your payment methods?
We accept secure card payments via Stripe. If you’d like to arrange an alternative payment method like bank transfer, please send an email to hello@practicalpieces.co.

Unfortunately, Practical Pieces doesn’t accept PayPal or Afterpay at this time. 

Can I put my pieces in the microwave or dishwasher?
Yes! Practical Pieces are food safe and tough so they can definitely be put in the microwave and dishwasher. Please be aware that ceramics don’t like extreme temperature changes. For example, don’t put a hot piece into the freezer!

How do I care for my pieces?
Wash as you would with any dish in warm soapy water. 

If your coffee cup becomes stained, make a paste of bi-carb soda and a splash of water and it should come straight out.

Unfortunately, ceramics can develop scratches from cutlery use over time. If a plate or platter has scratches you can remove them with a cloth and cream cleaner.
