Deliveries and Returns

When will I get my order?
As usual, at the moment, postage can be quite delayed so Practical Pieces cannot guarantee delivery times or estimates.

Orders will be packed and processed within 1-2 business days. While Australian deliveries usually take around 10 days give or take.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Please send me an email with what you’d like to order and your country or city at hello@practicalpieces.co to arrange a shipping quote.

Do I get a tracking number and is postage insured?
Not automatically. I do take the best of care with packing to avoid any breakage, however, if you’d like to arrange to get your order insured and have a tracking number please pop an email over at hello@practicalpieces.co.

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?
Unfortunately not :-( Maybe you know someone who will let you safely deliver to their house :-)

What happens if my order is damaged when it arrives?
If your order is damaged on arrival, please send me a photo of any damaged pieces within 7 days to hello@practicalpieces.co and I’ll do my best to arrange a replacement or refund.

I’ve put my address in wrong! What do I do?!
Quickly send an email over to hello@practicalpieces.co within 24hrs of ordering and hopefully, it hasn’t been taken to the post office and I can easily arrange a change of address. Please be aware that there might be a small fee if it has already been sent off for delivery.

I live in Perth. Can I pick up my order instead?
Of course! Select ‘FREE PERTH PICKUP’ as the shipping option and I’ll be in touch shortly to arrange a time. 

Can I return my order?
If you’re not happy with your practical piece, please get in touch within 30 days of ordering and I’ll happily issue a replacement or refund. Your piece must be in original and unused condition. Returning pieces are at your own expense. If you live in Perth you can drop your piece off free of charge.

Any sample sale pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
